Patient Relations:

Susanna

Our patient relations will check you in and out of our office.  They will make sure all of  your important information is  updated for filing your insurance.  Your appointments for follow up care are made before you leave our office. You will receive a reminder phone call a few days prior to your appointment to allow enough time for you to change if necessary.  They will be happy to answer your questions, make your appointment  or direct you to the right person to help you.

 Insurance:

Alyson, OCS 

Amanda, OCS

Our insurance and billing department are certified Ophthalmic Coding Specialists.  They will answer any questions you may have regarding filing your insurance claim or your statement.  The training they have received allows them to be able to file your claim with the correct coding and diagnosis in a timely manner.  

Technicians:

Our office has 4 qualified ophthalmic technicians to assist in your visit with the doctor.

Our technicians are educated and receive training continuously on all procedures and treatments we perform in our office.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your exam please ask to speak with a technician so they may help you or will contact your physician on your behalf.
